If the mowing progress is not updating in the Navimow app, try the following steps:

2. Reinstall the AppUninstall and reinstall the Navimow app to remove any corrupted files that might be causing the issue.
3. Restart the Navimow i2 AWDAfter reinstalling the app, restart your mower and check if the mowing progress updates correctly.
4. Check Internet ConnectionEnsure the Navimow i2 AWD is connected to the internet via WiFi or 4G with a strong signal, as weak connectivity can prevent mowing tracks from updating.

1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info)
2. Version of the Navimow app
3. Your phone’s OS version (e.g., iOS 26 / Android 16)
4. Exact date and time the issue occurred
5. Related screenshots or a screen recording demonstrating the problem for escalation.
