If you cannot create a map in the Navimow app, follow these steps:
Ensure the App and Firmware Are Updated
Make sure both the Navimow app and your mower’s firmware are updated to the latest versions. Outdated software may prevent map creation.
Reinstall the App and Restart the Navimow i2 AWD
Uninstall and reinstall the Navimow app, then restart the mower to refresh the connection and resolve any temporary glitches.
Contact Customer Support if the Issue Persists
If the problem continues, reach out to support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info)
App version number
Your phone’s operating system version and model
The exact date and time the issue occurred
A video showing the problem
