If you need to log in to the Navimow app each time, try the following steps:
Check if the Account Was Shared
If someone else has used your account on another device, their login may automatically log you out. Each time the app is accessed on a different device, you will be required to log in again.
Change the Password if Account Was Shared
If your account was shared, change your password. This will prevent others from accessing your account and allow you to stay logged in on your device.
If You Haven’t Shared Your Account
If the issue occurs even though you haven’t shared your account, contact customer support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
When contacting support, provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info)
Your app account details (email or phone number)
A video showing the issue
The date and time the problem occurred
This information will help the support team investigate and resolve the issue more effectively.
