If your map has disappeared from the Navimow app, follow these steps to troubleshoot and recover it:
1. Check Internet Connection
Ensure both your phone and the Navimow i2 AWD have a stable internet connection. Poor or unstable connectivity can prevent the map from loading.
2. Update the App and Firmware
Make sure the Navimow app and the mower’s firmware are updated to the latest versions. Outdated software may cause map loading issues.
3. Restart the App and Navimow i2 AWD
Close and reopen the app, then restart the mower to refresh the connection and resolve temporary glitches.
4. Check Map Data
If you recently edited the map or added new areas, confirm that the changes were saved successfully. Unsaved changes can sometimes cause the map to disappear.
5. Reinstall the App
Uninstall and reinstall the Navimow app to fix potential issues caused by corrupted data or settings.
If the map is still missing, contact customer support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
-Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Settings Mower Basic Info)
-Screenshots or screen recordings showing the missing map
-The app version and your phone’s operating system version
-The time you noticed the issue
