If you don’t receive the verification code when registering or logging in to the Navimow app, try the following:
1. Check Spam/Junk Folder (for Email Registration)If you registered with an email address, check your spam or junk folder, as the verification code email may have been filtered there.
2. If the Code Is Still Missing, please contact customer support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for assistance.
When reaching out, please provide:
● Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
● Your app account details (email or phone number)
● The date and time the issue occurred
This information will help the support team investigate and resolve the problem efficiently.
