If the firmware update for your Navimow i2 AWD fails, follow these steps:
1. Ensure a Stable Internet Connection
Make sure the mower is connected to a strong WiFi signal or a reliable 4G connection. Poor connectivity can interrupt the update process.
2. Check Battery Level
Ensure the battery is above 50% or place the mower on the charging station. Low battery can prevent the firmware from updating.
3. Verify No Scheduled Mowing in the Next Hour
Make sure there are no scheduled mowing tasks within the next hour, as ongoing or upcoming mowing can interrupt the update.
4. Restart the Navimow i2 AWD and App
Restart both the mower and the Navimow app to refresh the system.
5. Ensure the Mower is on the Charging Station.
