If the buttons in the Navimow app are not responding, try the following steps:
1. Ensure App and Firmware are Updated
Make sure both the Navimow app and your mower’s firmware are updated to the latest versions. Outdated software may cause functionality issues.
2. Reinstall the App
Reinstall the Navimow app to eliminate any corrupted files that might be causing the problem.
3. Restart the Navimow i2 AWD
After reinstalling the app, restart your mower and check if the app buttons respond correctly.
If the issue persists, contact customer support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.)
2. Version of the Navimow app
3. Your phone’s system version (e.g., iOS 26 / Android 16)
4. The exact date and time the issue occurred
5. A video demonstrating the issue to help escalate the problem.
