If your Navimow H1's power adaptor is damaged, please contact our customer service team (navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) and provide the following information:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H1: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device > Device Information >Basic Info.
