1. The Navimow H1 could be too far away from the router. Please move the Navimow H1 closer to the router.
2. Check if your router can broadcast a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. Navimow H1 can only connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks.
3. Check if your Navimow app has been granted permission to connect to Wi-Fi. If not, please grant permission to your app.
4. Connect the mower to your mobile hotspot to see if there is the same problem.
