If your Navimow H1 started mowing by itself without any manual operation, consider the following possibilities:
1. Incomplete One-time or Scheduled Mowing Task:
Check if the mower was set to perform one-time mowing or if a scheduled mowing task was incomplete. If the mower was set to mow manually or had an incomplete scheduled task, it might resume mowing after charging to 90%.
If night mowing was disabled and the mower returned to the station at sunset, it might start mowing again after sunrise if the task was not completed.
2. Rain Sensor Trigger:
If the rain sensor was triggered, the mower might have returned to the charging station. After reaching the charging station and completing the delay time, it could start mowing again when conditions are suitable.
3. Contact Customer Support: If neither of the above situations applies, please contact customer support and provide the following information:
---The exact time when the issue occurred
---A screenshot of the mowing schedule settings
---A screenshot of the timezone settings
---The Serial Number (SN) of the mower
---Ensure the mower is connected and on the charging station during the inquiry
Customer support will assist you in diagnosing and resolving the issue.
