If you are unable to start your Navimow H1 mower to begin mowing, try the following steps:
1. Check Firmware Version:
Ensure that the mower’s firmware is updated to the latest version. Outdated firmware can affect functionality.
2. Use Wheel Calibration:
Try using the wheel calibration feature in the app to check if there is an issue with the wheels. Navigate to Settings > Mower > Maintenance & Tools > ToolBox in the app for wheel calibration.
3. Review Startup Notifications:
If the wheels are not the issue, check the app for any notifications about why the mower cannot start. Possible reasons include:
---Low Battery: Battery level is below 90%
---Rain Sensor Triggered: The mower may not start if the rain sensor has been activated
---No Map Available: Ensure that a map has been created and loaded in the app
---Poor GPS Signal: Check for GPS signal issues or reposition the mower
---Dirty VF Lens: Clean the VisionFence (VF) camera lens if it’s dirty
---Not on Charging Station: The mower must be on the charging station to start
---Incomplete Mowing Task: Check if there are any unfinished mowing tasks
---Night Mode: If it’s dark and the Mowing at night feature is not activated, the mower may not start.
If you have checked all the above points and still cannot start the mower, please contact customer support at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com and provide the following information:
---Serial Number (SN) of the mower
---The exact time when the issue occurred
