Error Code 2104 – Battery Charging Protection
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP Button on the mower to attempt clearing the error.
2. If the error persists, restart the Navimow Terranox.

If the issue continues, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
