Error Code 1105 – Mowing Motor Stall Protection
Steps to Resolve:
1. Power Off for Safety: Turn off the Navimow Terranox before inspecting.
2. Check for Obstructions: Examine the blade disc for foreign objects (sticks, stones, debris) and remove them.
3. Check Grass Height: If the grass is too tall or dense, mow it manually or trim it to no more than 6 cm (≈2.4 inches).
4. Restart Mower: Turn the mower back on and resume mowing.
If the error persists:
Contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) with:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Photos or a video showing the issue
- Date and time the error occurred
