Error Code 1107 – Motor Abnormal Voltage Protection
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP Button: Immediately stop the mower using the STOP button.
2. Restart the Mower: Turn off the Navimow Terranox, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
If the error persists:
Contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) with:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- A video showing the issue
- Date and time when the error occurred
