Error Code 1104 – Mowing Motor Overcurrent Protection
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP button on the Navimow Terranox immediately.
2. Wait a few moments and then try restarting the mower.
3. If the error continues, contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- A video or photo showing the error
- The exact date and time the error occurred
This information helps the support team diagnose and fix the issue safely.
