Error Code 2108 – Incompatible Battery Model
Steps to Resolve:
1. Ensure that the battery installed is a genuine Navimow Terranox battery.
2. Do not dismantle or modify the battery.
If the error continues despite using the correct battery, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
