Error Code 4104 – Charging Station Communication Error
What It Means:
The Navimow Terranox is unable to communicate properly with the charging station.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Ensure the charging station is plugged into a power outlet.
2. Verify that the mower is within 200 meters of the charging station.
3. Press the STOP button on the mower.
4. Press MOW and then OK to attempt resuming mowing.
5. If the issue persists, restart the mower and place it in the charging station.
6. If the error still occurs after these steps, contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
