Error Code 6101 – Map Loading Error
What It Means:
The Navimow Terranox is unable to load the saved map, which can prevent mowing tasks from starting or resuming.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error.
2. Try resuming the mowing task.
3. If the error continues, delete the existing map in the app and create a new map.
4. If the issue persists after recreating the map, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
