If water gets into the Navimow Terranox, please follow these steps:
- Turn Off the Mower: Immediately switch off the mower to prevent any potential electrical damage.
- Avoid Using the Mower: Do not attempt to use the mower until it has been properly inspected.
- If your mower has taken in water, you can clearly hear water moving inside, and the mower is no longer able to power on, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance. When you reach out, make sure to provide:
- The mower’s SN (Serial Number)
- A short video showing the issue (e.g., the water sound and the mower failing to power on)
