1. Stop using the adapter or power immediately and unplug it from the power outlet.
2. Check for visible damage, such as broken cables, burn marks, or loose connectors.
3. Try another power outlet to make sure the issue is not caused by the socket.
4. If available, test with another compatible adapter to confirm whether the adapter is faulty.
5. Do not attempt to repair the adapter or the cable yourself.
Please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox (found in the app under Settings Mower Basic Info)
- The damaged area on the power adapter or power cable
- The mower or charging station failing to power on when using this adapter or the cable
This information will help the support team investigate and resolve the issue efficiently.
Note: Always use the original power adapter or the power cable provided with the Navimow Terranox. Using power adapter or power cable from other manufacturers may cause compatibility issues or device malfunctions.
