Error Code 4105 – ACU Hardware Error
What It Means:
There is a hardware issue with the ACU (Autonomous Control Unit) of your Navimow Terranox.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP button on the mower to try clearing the error code.
2. If the error persists, restart the mower.
3. If the issue continues after restarting, contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
