Error Code 4107 – Camera Sensor Error
What It Means:
The Navimow Terranox has detected an issue with its camera sensor, which may affect obstacle detection and navigation.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP button on the mower to attempt clearing the error.
2. If the error persists, restart the mower.
3. If the error still remains after restarting, contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
