Error Code 6112 – Mower Trapped
What It Means:
The mower is physically stuck and cannot continue its mowing task.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Remove the mower from the location where it is trapped.
2. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
3. Resume the mowing task.
Preventive Measures:
- If the mower frequently gets stuck in the same area, mark that area as an Off-Limit Island in the app.
- Alternatively, smooth out gaps, bumps, or obstacles in that area.

Contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
