Error Code 6116 – Mower is unable to move
What It Means:
The mower is unable to move.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Remove the mower from the area where it got stuck.
2. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
3. Resume the auto-mapping process.
Tip:
If the mower gets stuck frequently, please consider switching to manual mapping for a smoother boundary setup.
If It Still Cannot Be Solved:
Contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Exact date and time the error occurred
- Video or screenshots showing the issue
