Error Code 8101 – Camera Sensor Not Calibrated
What It Means:
The Navimow Terranox’s camera sensor has not been calibrated, which may affect navigation and obstacle detection.
Steps to Resolve:
Calibration cannot be done manually. Please contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information to assist them:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Exact date and time the error occurred
- Any relevant video or photos showing the issue
