Error Code 3102 – Mower Overspeed Protection
What It Means:
This error appears if the mower is moving too fast, for example, if it is being pushed manually.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
2. Resume mowing normally.
Note:
If this error occurs while the mower is operating on its own, without being pushed, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for assistance and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
