Error Code 4103 – Communication interrupted error
What It Means:
The Navimow Terranox has temporarily lost connection and cannot communicate properly.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
2. If the error persists, restart the Navimow Terranox.
3. If the problem continues, contact support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide the information below:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Date and time the error occurred
- A video showing the issue (if possible)
