Error Code 7101 – Battery Data Error
What It Means:
The mower has detected an issue with the battery data, which may affect its ability to monitor battery status properly.
Steps to Resolve:
1. Press the STOP button on the mower to clear the error code.
2. Resume the current mowing task.
If It Fails or Persists:
- Restart the mower to refresh its system.
- If the error still occurs, contact Segway Navimow support at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow Terranox
- Exact date and time the error occurred
- Any relevant screenshots or video of the issue
