Please first check the following situations:
1. Check if the Navimow X4 started one-time mowing or scheduled mowing but did not complete it. If this is the case, the Navimow X4 will resume the task after reaching a certain battery level.
2. If the "Mowing at night" is turned off, the Navimow X4 will return to the charging station at sunset. If a one-time mowing task is not completed, the Navimow X4 will resume mowing the next day after sunrise, once fully charged.
Note: If you manually carry the mower back to the charging station during a mowing task, this does NOT end the task.
The mower will start mowing again automatically once the battery meets the required condition for leaving the charging station.
If you do not want it to continue mowing, please open the app and tap "End Task" to stop the ongoing task.
If neither of these situations applies, please contact our customer service team support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance and provide us with the information below:
-The serial Number(SN)
-A video showing the problem
