If your Navimow X4 won’t start mowing, follow these steps:
Update Firmware
Ensure that the Navimow X4’s firmware is up to date via the app.
Check App Notifications
Open the Navimow app and see if any of the following messages explain the issue:
Low battery (less than 20%)
No map created on the Navimow X4
Navimow X4 is still initializing
Mowing at night is not enabled
Navimow X4 is not on the charging station or outside the mowing area
The current zone is not connected to other areas via a channel, preventing the task from starting
Contact Support if Needed
If none of the above apply or the issue persists, email support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for assistance. Include SN, any relevant notifications or error messages from the app.Please provide us with a video showing the issue if possible.
