Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4 (found in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info)
The damaged area on the power adapter or power cable
The mower or charging station failing to power on when using this adapter or the cable
This information will help the support team investigate and resolve the issue efficiently.
Note: Always use the original power adapter or the power cable provided with the Navimow X4. Using power adapter or power cable from other manufacturers may cause compatibility issues or device malfunctions.
