If your Navimow X4 is making a loud noise, please follow these steps:
1. Check the blades:
Ensure there are 6 blades installed. A missing blade may cause unusual noise. If all blades are installed, try replacing a set of blades to see if the noise improves.
2. Inspect for foreign objects:
Check if the blade or blade disc is obstructed by any debris or foreign objects. Remove them and check if the noise improves.
3. Check the blade screws:
Inspect the screws securing the blades. Loose screws can lead to loud noises. Tighten them if necessary.
4. Contact customer service if the issue persists:
If the noise continues, please reach out to our customer service team at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following details:
- Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X4: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info..
- A video capturing the noise for us to review.
- The exact date and time the issue occurred (or when the video was recorded).
We'll assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
