If your Navimow i2 LiDAR’s mowing efficiency is lower than expected, there could be several reasons:
Lawn Condition: The condition of your lawn plays a crucial role in mowing efficiency. If the lawn is uneven, has obstacles, or the grass is too long or dense, it can affect performance. Mowing efficiency may also be lower on slopes. The ideal mowing area is a smooth lawn with no obstacles, and grass in good condition.
Battery Condition: The battery’s lifespan can also impact efficiency. If the battery is worn out, it may need replacement.
Additionally, the Navimow i2 LiDAR offers three mowing efficiency modes, which can be selected in the app:
Precision Mowing: Same driving speed as Standard Mowing, but increases the overlap between mowing paths.
This results in a longer overall mowing time, but significantly reduces the uncut grass.
Standard Mowing: The default mowing mode, offering a balanced performance for typical mowing tasks.
Efficient Mowing: Increases the maximum speed by 0.1 m/s compared to standard mode for faster mowing.
