If there are areas within the mowing zone that have been missed, follow these steps to troubleshoot:
1. Check the area around the missed area: Determine if the missed area is near a non-grass area, a narrow passage or if there are obstacles in the passage. These factors may prevent the Navimow i2 LiDAR from reaching the area.
If there is a non-grass area:
Since non-grass surfaces are not green, the Navimow i2 LiDAR may recognize the area as an obstacle and avoid it.
To ensure proper coverage, set a VisionFence-off Zone for the non-grass area. When entering this zone, the mower will turn off VisionFence and stop avoiding non-grass surfaces, preventing unnecessary detours or missed patches.
If there is a narrow passage:
1. If the passage is not next to a wall or obstacle:
You may split the lawn into two separate zones.
If you prefer not to divide the zone, you can set the narrow passage as a VisionFence-off Zone to help the Navimow i2 LiDAR pass through smoothly.
2. If the passage is next to a wall:
Consider adjusting the mowing area outline, widening the passage, or creating a separate zone for that section.
3. If there are obstacles in the passage, remove the obstructions or enable the channel sense feature to see if this solves the problem.
If none of these solutions work, please provide the following information so that we can assist you further
1. The time when the problem occurred;
2. Photos of the area around the missed edge;
3. The SN of the Navimow i2 LiDAR;
4. Ensure the Navimow i2 LiDAR is connected to the mains and placed on the charging station.
