Check the mowing cycle settings: If the "mowing cycle" function is activated, repeated mowing is normal behaviour. Please deactivate this function to prevent the Navimow i2 LiDAR from repeating its cycle.
If the mowing cycle is not enabled, please contact us at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) with the following information:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 LiDAR:
You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
2. Relevant photos or videos showing the problem
3. The time at which the fault occurred.
