Please check the following information:
Check firmware version: Make sure the firmware on your Navimow X3 is up to date.
Check for obstructions: Check the path to the charging station for any obstructions that may be causing the problem.
If no obstructions are found: Contact us at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com and provide the following information
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X3: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device> Device Information> Basic Info.
2. Relevant photos or videos showing the problem;
3. The time at which the malfunction occurred.
