| If there are areas within the mowing zone that have been missed, follow these steps to troubleshoot: 1, Check the area around the missed area: Determine if the missed area is near a non-grass area, a narrow passage or if there are obstacles in the passage. These factors may prevent the Navimow X3 from reaching the area. If there is a non-grass area: Set a 'VisionFence-Off' zone for the non-grass area, so the Navimow X3 will ignore the non-grass area and mow the lawn. If there is a narrow passage: If the narrow passage is not adjacent to a wall or obstacle, you can split the area into two separate zones. If you prefer not to divide the area, try creating a VisionFence-Off zone to help the Navimow X3. If the narrow passage is next to a wall, consider adjusting the shape of the area, creating a wider passage or creating a isolated zone. If there are obstacles in the passage: Remove the obstructions or enable the channel obstacle avoidence feature to see if this solves the problem. Check that the GPS signal is not blocked: If the missed area is between buildings or near walls or other obstacles, the GPS signal may be blocked. If none of these solutions work, please provide the following information so that we can assist you further 1. The time when the problem occurred; 2. Photos of the area around the missed edge; 3. The SN of the Navimow X3; 4. Ensure the Navimow X3 is connected to the mains and placed on the charging station. 5. Please send an email to navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com |
