Check the mowing cycle settings: If the "mowing cycle" function is activated, repeated mowing is normal behaviour. Please deactivate this function to prevent the Navimow X3 from repeating its cycle.
If the mowing cycle is not enabled: Please contact us at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com with the following information
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow X3: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device> Device Information> Basic Info.
2. Relevant photos or videos showing the problem
3. The time at which the fault occurred
