Please kindly note that our Navimow X3 has 4 cameras, one camera module with a TOF camera and an RGB camera at the front of the Navimow X3 and 2 RGB cameras on both sides. They usually can't detect dark or black obstacles due to insufficient infrared reflection. Therefore, we recommend mowing during the daytime or in well-lit environments.
Additionally, VisionFence cannot avoid obstacles that appear suddenly, such as dogs or other moving objects.
Another possible reason is that the Navimow X3 is operating in efficiency mode, where its high speed makes it difficult to avoid obstacles moving in the opposite direction.
Please clear the obstacles or set off-limit island to prevent the Navimow X3 from bumping into them.
