If water gets into the Navimow X4, please follow these steps:
1. Turn Off the Mower: Immediately switch off the mower to prevent any potential electrical damage.
2. Avoid Using the Mower: Do not attempt to use the mower until it has been properly inspected.
If your mower has taken in water, you can clearly hear water moving inside, and the mower is no longer able to power on, please contact support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for further assistance. When you reach out, make sure to provide:
-The mower’s SN (Serial Number)
-A short video showing the issue (e.g., the water sound and the mower failing to power on)
This information will help the support team diagnose and resolve the issue effectively.
