If your Navimow i2 AWD is unable to connect via Bluetooth, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
2. Check in your phone’s settings to confirm that the Navimow App has been granted Bluetooth and Location permissions.
3. Make sure your phone is within 6 meters (19.7') of the Navimow i2 AWD.
4. Check if the serial number (SN) Appears in your phone’s Bluetooth list.
5. Try restarting both the Navimow i2 AWD and the Navimow App.
If the issue persists after following these steps, please contact our customer service team support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) for support and provide the information below:
- User's login account
- Serial number (SN)
- Video of the user's Bluetooth connection process
- Time when the problem occurred
- Instruct the user to keep the mower charging on the charging station
