If your Navimow i2 AWD is making unusual noise while mowing, follow these steps:
Check the Number of Blades
Ensure all 5 blades are properly installed. A missing blade can cause abnormal noise.
Inspect for Foreign Objects
Check the blade and blade disc for debris or other obstructions and remove them.
Check Blade Screws
Ensure all screws securing the blades are tight. Loose screws can create loud noises.
Contact Support if Noise Persists
If the issue continues, email support-navimow@rlm.segway.com(for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide:
Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow i2 AWD (found in the app under Settings > Mower > Basic Info)
A video showing the noise
The exact date and time the issue occurred or when the video was recorded
The support team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
