The Navimow H2 can work on slopes of up to 45% (24 degrees) in the area and up to 25% (14 degrees) near boundaries.
If the Navimow H2 is working on a wet slope, it is normal for it to get slippery.
Additionally, you can try enabling the TCS (Traction Control System) in the App, which will enhance the performance on the slope.
If the problem persists, please contact us at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H2: You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
2. Relevant photos or videos showing the problem.
3. The time at which the fault occurred.
