The Navimow H2 stops with an error code: If the Navimow H2 stops and displays an error code, please follow the troubleshooting steps for that specific error code.
To contact us, please send an email to support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) with the following information
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H2: You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
2. Relevant photos or videos illustrating the problem.
3. The time at which the fault occurred.
