Please check the following:
1. Check for Obstacles: Verify if there are any non-grass objects on your lawn. If there are, these objects (such as bare patches) might be triggering the Vision Fence (VF) and causing the Navimow H2 to avoid obstacles continuously. To resolve this, create a Vision Fence-Off zone for non-grass areas.
2. Check the Camera: Ensure that the camera lens is clean, as dirt or debris can cause continuous triggering of the Vision Fence.
If you have checked for non-grass objects and camera cleanliness, and the issue still persists, please contact us at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users).
