Check for obstructions: Check the path to the charging station for any obstructions that may be causing the problem.
If no obstructions are found, please contact us at support-navimow@rlm.segway.com (for EU users) and navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com (for US users) and provide the following information:
1. Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H2:
You can find this in the app under Home > Settings > Device information > Basic Info.
2. Relevant photos or videos showing the problem.
3. The time at which the malfunction occurred.
