If you find that the charging time for your Navimow H1 is unusually long, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Test the Power Outlet:
Verify if the same power outlet charges other devices properly. This will help determine if the issue is with the outlet itself.
2. Check Environmental Temperature:
Ensure that the environment where the mower is charging is within the recommended temperature range. Extreme temperatures can affect charging efficiency. DO NOT charge the mower when the temperature is above 45℃ (113°F), or below 5℃ (41°F)
3. Inspect Charging Contacts:
Check if the contacts on the mower and the charging station are clean and free from dirt or debris. Dirty contacts can impede charging.
If the problem persists after these checks, please contact navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com for help.
