Please carry out the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify that the charging station is connected to an active power source.
2. Check if the Navimow H1 can be turned on when it is connected to the charging station or independently.
NOTE:
You need to press the OK button to turn it on when the mower is not connected to the charging station.
If the Navimow H1 can't be turned on after that, please contact us at
navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com for help and provide the following information:
1.Serial Number (SN) of your Navimow H1: You can find this in the app under Settings > Mower > My Device> Device Information>Basic Info.
