Normally, the Navimow H1 returns to the charging station when the battery level is less than 13%.
If the Navimow H1 does not return to the charging station at the expected battery level, please contact us at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com for help and provide the following information:
1. The serial number of the mower.
2. The date and time the mower returned to the charging station.
3. The power level when the mower returned to the charging station.
4. Please check if you received related notifications
