If your Navimow i is making a loud noise, please follow these steps:
1. Check if the blade or blade disc is stuck with any foreign objects. If you find any, remove them and see if the noise improves.
2. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team (navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com) and provide the following information:
- The serial number of your mower
- A video showing the noise for us to review
- The accurate date and time when the issue occurred (i.e., the time of the video was recorded)
